- Task, announcement, leave, loan, reimbursement, salary-slip, and CRM-related information you view, create, or submit through the App.
- Device and notification data, including Firebase Cloud Messaging token, local notification preferences, and reminder scheduling metadata.
- Locally stored app data such as cached CRM records, seen-notification state, and secure session token storage on your device.
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and maintain secure access to employee features.
- To record and verify attendance using selfie capture and location validation.
- To process leave requests, reimbursements, loans, tasks, payroll views, announcements, and CRM actions.
- To upload and store supporting files, proof images, and voice notes you submit.
- To send push notifications about approvals, reminders, salary events, tasks, and CRM follow-ups.
- To improve service reliability, maintain records, detect misuse, and support internal business operations.
3. Permissions Used by the App
The App may request the following permissions only when needed for app features:
- Camera: to capture attendance selfies and proof images.
- Location: to verify attendance and proof submissions with device location.
- Microphone: to record CRM voice notes.
- Photos / Storage: to let you select images or attachments from your device.
- Notifications: to deliver alerts, reminders, and workflow updates.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following cases:
- With our backend systems and authorized administrators to operate HR, attendance, payroll, task, and CRM workflows.
- With service providers and infrastructure used to support the App, such as Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.

6. Local Device Storage
The App stores limited information on your device, such as login session token, cached CRM records, and notification-related state, to improve usability and enable core features. This data may remain on the device until you log out, clear app data, or uninstall the App.

8. Your Choices and Rights

- You may stop using the App at any time, subject to your employer's operational requirements.
